It’s with much excitement that we launch our 2024 gourmet dining week here at Chalet Fourmiliere. You asked us last winter for a week dedicated to delicious dishes delicately prepared by our head chef Benjamin Aubert; ask and you shall receive! This sublime week of gourmet dining takes place at Chalet Fourmiliere for seven nights, arriving on Saturday 6th April 2024.
Previous to joining us here at Chalet Fourmiliere, Ben worked in several Michelin-starred restaurants, including Le Mas Bottero in Provence with his good friend, chef-patron Nicolas Bottero. He joined our team to bring culinary excellence to the Chalet Fourmiliere table and he’s surpassed the expectations of our guests ever since. We don’t expect spaces on our Gourmet Week to be available for long, so email us now if you have any questions, or if you’d like us to reserve a space for you.
This extra-special week includes all of the usual Chalet Fourmiliere treats including champagne, canapes, specially-selected wines, bar drinks and hot drinks, plus our dedicated concierge service to help you plan the various elements of your trip. Our in-resort driver will also whisk you around the village each day.

Saturday
Arrive at Chalet Fourmiliere from 4pm, enjoy champagne and canapes on arrival, take a dip in the outdoor hot tub or settle into your cosy bedroom.
Dinner: Welcome to France – Ben’s four-course menu features his interpretation of classic French dishes with a contemporary twist.
Friday
It’s your final day in the mountains, so make the most of it!
Dinner: The Grand Finale: Ben has five extra-special courses planned for this evening, combining the various new skills and techniques he’s demonstrated during the week to create a truly memorable final evening at Chalet Fourmiliere.
Throughout our Gourmet Week, Ben will be available to explain the concept and inspirations behind his creative menus in addition to answering our questions about ingredients and techniques.
Prices
Our Gourmet Week is priced at €1,900 per person, based on two adults sharing a double or twin bedroom for seven nights. Short breaks are also available, priced at €850 for three nights, €1,050 for four nights and €1,250 per person for five nights. Short breaks will operate with an arrival on Saturday with departure on Tuesday or Wednesday, or alternatively arrival on a Tuesday or Wednesday for departure on the Saturday.
